and order a catalog. When it arrives, look up a "TranTorque".
A trantorque is kind of an expanding hub. For a 3/8" shaft,
bore a 3/4" hole through your rotor. Slide the trantorque on
the shaft, slide the rotor onto the trantorque, then tighten
the trantorques nut. Their suppose to lock a rotor to a shaft
better than a woodruff key.
I think that a trantorque for a 3/8" shaft runs about $24US.
