Check out Future-Active, 1-800-655-0006 or www.future-active-dot-com for their
prices & availability.  I have been buying IRFP460As, which are TO247-style,
500V, 85A MOSFETs, at ~US$3 ea/25.  They pop just as nicely but perhaps more
energetically.

DigiKey wants a whole lot more than that for their 460As.
