Original poster: "by way of Terry Fritz <twftesla-at-qwest-dot-net>" <Parpp807-at-aol-dot-com> Does anyone have any experience using monel metal in a SG? Monel is an alloy of nickel, copper and iron. It is described in the books as being very hard and oxidation resistant. McMaster-Carr has it in the forms of threaded studs, bars and sheets. Happy day, Ralph Zekelman
