Leto,
If you had a voltage max at that point, then you must tune (tap)
the primary outward (more turns) to lower the resonant frequency.
You may be able to use a larger value capacitor also, depending on
it's present value. You can use the wonderful programs available,
such as Bart's JavaTC and John Couture's program to figure out
where the coil should be tapped ahead of time (to a close
approximation).
