Well, au contraire.
Just because an experiment fails to produce the desired results does not mean 
that
knowledge was not gained. Many of us learn from our trial and error efforts. 
I should know.
And there is something very significant that came out of your RATS 
experiments: 
you have provided the Tesla list with its first genuine acronym.
