Hi Mark ...

I would say the minimum power to drive a coil of that size ( 12.5" sec)
would be a 14.4KV  5KVA piggie.

Im using a 30KV 20KVA piggie to drive a coil of approximately the same size
and I feel that I could put
even more power into it before it goes into convulsions ;) .
