Those were made by Ceramite (that's actually a capital C around the M), .007
pF?  You probably mean .007 uF, and that's a bit high, since they are 4700
pF units.  (4.7 nF, .0047 uF).  Depending on how you measured them, it's not
unusual to have them read "high"
