There are soimw things that could be wrong...
1) Cap bank could be not powerful enough and therefore it takes longer to
charge - maybee the quality of your caps is really bad
2) SG electrodes too far apart... but you would have thought of that by now
3) not a powerful enough tranny
Just some ideas...
