Re: Tiny TCs

I know this is a little OT, but I've blown way too many 555 chips in faulty
ignition coil driver circuits and am going to build the dimmer switch
version. I have a question, are ALL dimmers the same (with the Triac/Diac)
or is there a specific type to look for?
