And, you WILL NOT get rated voltage out of a NST with significant load. At
half rated load (i.e. 30 mA on a 60 mA transformer), you'll be lucky to get
half the rated voltage out. This is particularly insidious with voltage
multipliers, because there are so many other things that can screw up your
output ripple and regulation (regulation = how much the voltage drops with
a given load current).
