Hi Jim - I don't know if anyone else has mentioned this but, it you do a "
foil,film,foil" construction and then roll it up the inside and outside "foils"
touch, effectively shorting out the cap. The only way to do a "rolled" cap is
foil,film,foil,film. Just my 2 cents.
