Hi Andrew! I bought my copy of the notes at <http://www.bn-dot-com>www.bn-dot-com -
from one of their
associated dealers. Barnes and Noble doesn't have it in stock either, but
they can put you in touch with a used book dealer that has it - the price
being in the range of $50-168 dollars. I think I paid about $70 for mine...
go to the website and click "Out of Print" at the top. Unfortunately, they
don't have the TCBOR guide, however. It is a great book, and I am glad you
are interested in buying it - I'm sure you'll enjoy it!

Does anyone know of a reliable online source to get a copy of the Colorado
Springs Notes as well as the TCBOR's Guide to the Colorado Springs Notes.
Amazon-dot-com has them under their "on order" list. Any help would be
appreciated.

Thanks,
Andrew
