Re: My first coil
Personally I wouldn't worry over which size secondary you choose, all things
being equal you'll get similar results on a first coil. Only problem is that to
get the required inductance you'll need to use finer wire with the smaller
secondary which can be a pain. There are details of a small coil using a tablet
container for the secondary former on my website
