I simply cannot believe that laws like that can be
made. Everytime the "silent majority" makes another
one we are further into involuntary servitude. Now I
recently made an experiment that used a 15 watt
florescent grounded at the front of the house, and
some 50 ft away at the road an argon tube was
grounded. I applied opposite high voltages to both
ends from the estimated 3000 volts made from resonant
voltage rise of large inductors: in effect putting
several thousand volts across a bulb, the 50 feet of
ground, and the florescent: all in series to the
potential made by opposite voltage rises made from
these 56 Henry coils. Now in that condition, THE
GROUND APPEARS TO APPROXIMATE A PATH OF NEGLIBLE
RESISTANCE!{This is not entirely true but can be shown
by equivalent circuits as an argument} Now in those
conditions the florescent will take the predominant
current to ground path. But by opening and closing the
connection to the florescent this can also "blink the
argon" with higher amperages and illumination. Thus
the receptivity of the ground at point B can be
controlled at from pt A, many ft away. Or that
explanation may be faulty, but one can see the
argument. The argon tubes also do not exibit the
degree of blinking that the neons will deliver, this
blinking is a mystery ~12 hz signal assumed to be a
real correlation with earth resonant hypotheses. These
are all things that anyone exploring Tesla's earth
electrical transmission "idiocy" would want to
explore. Are we not seeing legislation that will
attempt to make that research difficult 20 years from
now? In this case of exploration I might want to
compare the same effects of grounding two gas bulbs
with 50 ft separation and instead inputing the same
effects from an NST. Now we understand that this can
never be done with the GFI component.(Has Anyone tried
grounding neons to produce a one ended electrical
delivery from a regular ungrounded NST?, I will being
trying two bulbs in a repeat experiment when bulbs
arrive next week) In fact when the BRS(wall driven
series resonant rise of voltage made dually in a 180
phased fashion) is driven with this GFI incorporated
before its voltage sourcings, touching the extra bulb
to ground will throw the breaker. In fact I would not
doubt: that it in itself the GFI inhibits arcing
between the BRS midpoint potentials, as attempting
this also easily threw the breaker. However at last
years Loudenville, Ohio tesla coil event, people
seemed to easily run their tesla coils from such a GFI
safety circuit breaker, while I could barely produce
an oscillation. So apparently they do not inhibit a
tesla coil/ any comments here on that welcome.
Sincerely HDN
