New patent

Everyone, you may want to investigate this recently granted patent.  Patent
number 6104107 at the United States Patent office.  They have a web site and
you can both read the submitted text and view diagrams.  In the writings this
Russian notes Tesla many times as supporting information.  It sounds very
similar to what Don Smith presented at the 1996 symposium.  Worth taking a look
at.  I do not have a back ground or education in electronics but I understood
enough to know this was pretty important.  The patent was granted in Aug. of
this year (2000).
