Re: CD's

Bryan,
As Terry Stated, Cds contain a layer of metal(its thinnr than paper).
Now, if you have ever stuck a CD in the microwave for 30 seconds youll see
the cd crackle as the metal burns up. Now, is it possible for you to burn up
the metal in the cd and then use it? Possibly after epoxying a few together?

 Hi Bryan,

CD's have a layer of aluminum in them. Since they are horizontal, there
may be a chance the voltage would not flame up the CD but best to try it
first before commiting it to the secondary. I "think it might" work but
there is a good chance the metal will burn up too....

 Cheers,

    Terry
