Hi Ruud,

	Ferrous metals theoretically are lossy in the high magnetic fields of the
primary.  You actually can measure these effects if one REALLY tries, but
for most practical purposes metal screws will not cause a problem on low
powered coils as long as they are kept out of the reach of high voltage.
