huge capicator

i recently bought a huge (7 lb)  capicator  rated at 90mf from an electronics 
surplus store but i am unable to test it.  my limited powersupply consists of 
4 mot's.  i can't run them all at once because they trip the circut breaker 
in my apartment.  is there a way that i can use them and maybe a spark gap  
to test this huge cap??   how would i hook something like this up and how 
long should i try to charge it ?  how much of a gap should i leave on the 
spark gap?  
also does anyone know a way to get the 10,000 volts out of the 4, 2500 volt 
mot's??without popping the breakers??   i have heard of using a "voltage 
doubler"  hooked in series to 2 mot's.  where can i get one of these/??  -dan
