big pulse cap sources wanted

An acquaintance of mine is looking for a few largish (>3kJ) pulse discharge
caps, preferably the newer Maxwell plastic cased units in 10-30 kV ratings.
Low rep rate models are just fine. These would be horrible for TC's but you
might have come across them in your searches for TC caps. If you know of
sources (possibly in SF bay area), please let me know off-list
