I bought some high temp hot glue which has to get really hot before it
melts (Don't use that low temp hobby stuff). This glue transferred enough
heat to weld pieces of HDPE together. I wouldn't trust the joints for
structural components but it's plenty strong enough for primary supports,
HV spacers and standoffs.
