hi Ryan...
the main concern you would need to address is the available power to the
trannie...
240V -at- 60A should cover your needs....
you will need better ballasting fershure ;) if you plan on using variacs of
some type for voltage control start looking for some Powerstat 1256 units 2
of them
and since you are looking for higher power in... a bigger cap would be the
next item on the list ... no sence in using a pig with 15KVA with a .025uF cap
and sorta last but not least a spark gap that will undure that kind of
power
