Hi all,

That's unfortunate. Fr. Tom was kind enuff to send me some info for my 
long-gestating
bipolar coil. His writing and his suggestions are excellent. We should not be 
looking for a
consensus or a "this is the way to do it." The FAQ should be a compilation of 
many ideas
presenting many options.

A table of contents may well be within my technical ability. I will be glad 
to do one.
