Actually, the minimum transcardiac current inducing VF is LESS THAN 1 mA
We can induce VF with micro amps with intracardiac catheter devices.
Depends upon what goes through the heart.
YOU CANNOT make judgements as to what is safe. The normal major barrier is
skin resistance. Get hit by a streamer, with induced RF burn .... normal
skin R of several kOhm suddenly becomes a few hundred Ohm .......
