Terry, Did you try the finest toothed veneer blade you can find? My experience is that plastic does not play well with slow-moving blades. HDPE cuts real nice. Produces cuttings like spun sugar candy. I try to avoid trouble by not cutting any plastic more than 1/2-inch thick in one pass. Obviously, you gotta have atleast two teeth on the edge.
