Hi Robert,

It's always good to have more information that can help us build our TCs,
but as to the possible format for the data, I would try to stick to more
universal standards like plain ASCII text or basic HTML, not MS Excel or
Word.

Everyone who connects to the Internet can read HTML files.  They can be
downloaded or displayed online, much better than an Excel (version ?) file!
