Hi folks,

Well, I have finished the power controller for the new coil.

I never actually got around to building the balancing centre-tapped chokes 
for the variac windings.  As it turns out the variac is so well made that 
the dV between windings is essentially zero across the entire range.  Just 
in case this changes I have installed the limiting resistors in series with 
each winding then paralleled the units.  Nowhere near perfect but seems to 
work very well.

Next ........ new capacitors ;-)
