Doug,
No. While you could get away with running the PT at 140 VAC, you will
saturate the core and draw excessive current on the LV winding if you
attempt to drive it with anything near 240 VAC. If you got two of these
units, you could connect the LV sides in series and the HV sides in
series to achieve 240:14.4kV.
