Subject: Tesla coils and Kirilian photography

Hi there!

I am a member of a UK Skeptics organisation (ASKE - the Association for
SKeptical Enquiry - http://linus.mcc.ac.uk/~moleary/ASKE/index.html). We
have been asked by the BBC (yes, that BBC!) to contribute the skeptical
viewpoint to a documentary programme mentioning the use of so-called
Kirilian Photography to record the "human aura". Most sensible people
know that this is nothing more than coronal discharge, possibly
involving Tesla coils.

I would be very grateful for any help you can give me to compile our
case, especially:

1. Can you put me in touch with any UK Tesla coil enthusiasts who may
have a working system that we could use for some demonstrations?

2. Do you know of anyone who might know anything of the link between
Tesla coils, coronal discharge and Kirilian photography?

Thanks in advance for any help you can give me. Please feel free to copy
this message to anyone you think might be able to help.

Best regards (and congratulations on a very interesting web page!)
