RE: Saving the Garage Door Opener?



Gary is absolutely right, in fact you might not need the cage, but it is
IMPERATIVE you disconnect ALL wires (antennas) attached to your opener.  To
expedite this, I recommend installing a multipin connector such as Radio
Shack 274-226 / 274-236 or sacrificing a PC disk drive Y power cable.  Also
it is NOT necessary to ground the opener, see
