Hi Mike,

Are you sure the black stuff is really PE ?

Over here in Germany the black stuff (I have found) has always been PVC. It is
used for making small ponds, etc in your garden. If you can glue it (if its
soluable in acetone) its PVC and not PE. You wouldn´t want PVC in your cap.
