Okay all, I was really excited to have my website updated and this probably
resulted in some dramatization on my part of what i think ball lightning comes
from.  Reconsidering things, I am going to do more tests including the
"mirror"
test at a 45 degree angle to the discharge, to verify if any "hot spots" arent
actually just perspective streamers.  I will update my website as soon as i do
this.
