I have never seen a ringup and then decay followed by an even more potent
ringup on the same energy dump either. I have had certain problems with the
Corums semantics and understanding just what they are saying. If the quench
has occurred then that is all there is in the circuit. We can't ring up again
unless the cap is still discharging or beating is occuring in the primary/sec
system.
