Subject:  Damaged secondary

After my first test I got my secondary hit in 5 spots by sparks. Only the
surface paint is blown away there, no sparks going inside the pipe and no
turns really fused or vaporized.
Is there any way to repair it or should I wind a new secondary?

How it is possible to setup a TC for the best coupling if (when overcoupling)
sparks hit your secondary, damages it and you have to wind a new one?
