If an appropriate disclamer was included in the begining of the list one 
could not be easily held responciple for someone's mis-use of the 
information. Another way to deal with the problem would be to put the data 
on a site that requires you to be a member of this list before you can 
access the data and then require any individual under 18 to get their 
parrents or a teachers recomendation before allowing them to join the list.
