Raymond,

Either will work for flat-plate caps - go with the LDPE since it's
cheaper. However, of you plan on making rolled caps, only go with the
LDPE, since it's significantly more flexible. HDPE (and Polypropylene -
PP) are significantly "stiffer", and harder to roll than LDPE.
