Ok, yeah, these are in my current H&R catalog too. I suspect though that
the drawing is inaccurate. Transformers of this voltage output almost
never have their primary and secondary coils concentrically wound; the
coils are usually arranged coaxially. Normally, the primary on the
bottom, secondary on top and the shunts in between, just like a typical
microwave transformer. Can you confirm the details? This thing does have
shunts for limiting to 300mA, right?
