Try a motor rewind business.  There are loads all over the country.  Look in 
yellow pages.

That where I got mine.   The bloke down there allowed me to borrow a 16Kg reel
of the stuff.  We weighed it before and after and he charged me for what I had 
used.  He also let me have some of that electrical varnish for nothing.
