I used a circuit designed to run a FET with variable duty-cycle, hooked
it to
my 4 inch secondary, and measured the ringing of the secondary with a
digital
scope.

The interesting part of this experiment was the duty cycle and the FET
voltage affected the resonance frequency of the secondary.

Since most of the circuits I've heard about use simple AC 50 percent
duty
cycle input, has anyone experimented with different duty-cycles???
