Daryl,

You can get G-10 from Dayton Plastics, 2554 Needmore Rd., Dayton, OH
45414.  Phone 800-762-2342.  They will sell it in square foot lots, at
least they did six months ago.  Their G-10 goes for about $38-$40 per
square foot of 1/2 inch material.  It is expensive but it looks like
they are better than the other options I've seen on the list, including
Cadillac Plastics.  I think they will cut it to size probably even a
disc shape.  They also have acrylic and Lexan in many sizes and shapes. 
I have bought from them on two occasions and have been very satisfied.
