All,
Absolutely! The large inductance means electromagnetic goings-on. (high
potential RF voltages, in-efficiently radiated. Large capacitance means
limited RF voltages, more electrostatic goings-on. Efficient
transmission of E fields. Use both to achieve the best of both worlds
with a slant toward your desired goal. (Efileds or EM fields)
