Hi Dave,
Before going to the trouble of building a Faraday Cage,
it might be worth checking a couple of things out to get rid of the
interference. Two things seem to exacerbate it. Poor grounding is
one, and poor tuning is the other. I got rid of a lot of problems
experimenting near-tune by bolstering my pathetic ground setup.
Also, I've found that a coil not sparking well can radiate like hell
as the energy has to go somewhere other than sparks.
