No Subject

I have been telling people that this list is a real, honest-to-goodness, 
BUILDER'S and EXPERIMENTERS list, not a Nikola Tesla list or a "let's 
spout off some weird theory" list.  If there is enough interest in more 
general HV EXPERIMENTATION (emphasis on EXPERIMENTATION) of 
the type that the dedicated amateur can do, and if Chip decides to keep 
the list related to Tesla Coils and does not want to administer another 
list, then I will tentatively offer my services to start one up.
