What value of k are you running for the primary-secondary combination?
If it is rather low (not approaching transformer style operation) 
you'll probably find that both secondaries combined are a 1/4 wave 
resonant system (like having twice the secondary in a 2 coil system).
In loose-coupled mode I don't think you can really classify it as a 
magnifier although it physically looks like one. Be interested to 
hear what others say on this view.
