Hi All,
I recently purchased two Hewlett Packard 383 scopes from Navy surplus
at NAS Jax. These scopes are extremely rugged and were built to mil
specs in the '70s and '80s. I need manuals and documentation on them.
Anyone know anything about them or references for them?
