I would also highly recommend Richard Hull's "Tesla Coil Builder's
Guide to the Colorado Springs Notes". It goes over the CSN on a
day-by-day basis, adding Richard's insights and comments, and it
really brings a lot of information into focus (at least it did for me). I
would even recommend it without the CSN, since it contains a lot of
valuable information drawn from the TCBOR's regular and magnifier
coil research (and a lot of neat pictures of the TCBOR's magnifiers).
