	We all know what Tesla "clearly spelled out".  Problem is that his
system would have radiated energy for sure (the arrangement in all of
his drawings is exactly the same as a base-loaded vertical radiator,
albeit an inefficient design; no way it couldn't have radiated).  He was
very adamant and, so far as anyone has been able to demonstrate by
experiment, he was wrong.
