JavaTC and Coil Design

Hello All,

I have been running some numbers on JavaTC for a new coil design, and have 
run into a slight problem. I am having trouble satisfying a secondary 
winding ratio of 4.5:1 or 5:1 with Malcom's recommendation of a wire 6 skin 
depths thick, and with John Freau's recommendation of 1200-1500 turns. Does 
anyone have thoughts on which of these are most critical to satisfy?
