Apparently, there is some sort of flaming beacon bonfire on the hilltops 
and rocket relay launch happening on the evening of 16 September (Monday) 
in connection with the liberty and livelihood march on 22 September. (At 
least in the Southwest.)

If you are a supporter of the event (or just apathetic, and want an excuse 
to fire your TC up), you could probably contact the local 
organizer(s).  Obviously, if you're anti, then there's no point. On the 
other hand, feelings run pretty strong on both sides of this particular debate.
