Two wires go across a 5uF start cap and the other two are hot and neutral. I
have a motor just like it at 3600 RPM I moded for salient pole operation. If
you have no clue which wires go where, look inside and you should be able to
tell the start windings apart and therefore, the two wires to use across the
cap. If you need further assistance, contact me off list.
