	Sorry, but that reference is to a different Grover publication - the
"Bulletin of the Bureau of Standards", Vol. 8, No.1, which I believe was
published in 1912.  (Grover was around a long time ago.)  This
particular publication is titled "FORMULAS AND TABLES FOR THE
CALCULATION OF MUTUAL AND SELF-INDUCTANCE" by Edward B. Rosa and
Frederick W. Grover.  It's apparently the source of much of the material
in Circular 74 and, of course, Grover's 1946 book "Inductance
Calculations, Working Formulas and Tables".  The correct reference for
the Dover edition is [118], page 143.

	I strongly recommend Grover to any of you fellows doing serious design
work; it's the last word for calculations of interest in TC work.  While
it's long out of print it occasionally shows up at swap meets (that's
where I got mine, after making a photo copy of the book in the UCLA
Engineering Library).  Probably could be found by old book dealers.
